I was asked to write a 10 minute skit for a women’s retreat about the power of forgiving using infidelity as the topic.

 

The skit was an instant hit and was turned into a 1 hour play that premiered in a black box theatre in NY. Since then, the play has been performed in NY and North Carolina with over 20 sold out performances.

 

Who’s That Woman In My Bed? is about Meghan, a Christian, wife and mother and how she relates to her Christian husband who has cheated with another Christian woman --- in their marriage bed.

 

After confronting her husband, the other woman and receiving some sobering advice from her sister, Meghan was left with only one other person to encounter.

 

Enter Negativity, a sexy, dominatrix version of Meghan’s negative thoughts come to life. Audiences watched as Negativity unleashed a sequence of thoughts so vile, it led to Meghan contemplating suicide.

 

Realizing this performance dealt with a heavy topic, professional Mental Health Counselors were available to help anyone interested in exploring the path to forgiveness.
